Cfer Labs (Centre for Food Education and Research) is a young company specializing in the development of new foods and beverages, optimizing recipes for companies in the food sector and promoting innovation in technological foods and beverages. In addition, CFer Labs provides services adjacent to the innovation process, such as: training laboratory teams, product certification, test panels, shelf life optimization, raw material sourcing and optimization of formula and process costing.
