Fábrica de Cerveja Portuense is a young industrial company that was born in the city of Porto in April 2017 and is responsible for the production of Nortada, the brand that represents the wind of the beer revolution in Portugal.
2Venture developed with FCPortuense a broad strategy of accelerating growth focused on Nortada Beer as well as on the space of its Factory. It was a broad-spectrum partnership with several ramifications throughout the organization, namely: the development of new distribution channels; review of the communication strategy; improving the dining space experience; simplification of internal management processes and operational and financial management optimizations.
