Portal da Queixa is an innovative and pioneering project in Europe, which was born from the creation of the technological startup – Consumers Trust. Today, it is the largest consumer social network in the country and has reached a national reference position, on the internet, in terms of consumption, functioning as a barometer of the reputation of companies and commercial brands.
2Venture carried out close consultancy work with the Consumers Trust management team, with a view to reviewing its entire business model, from its corporate positioning and mapping and review of the customer acquisition and development process; pricing model and evaluation of the scalability model for other geographies.
